Shadow the hedgehog cake

Shadow the hedgehog was created by me as usual, Uh NO plastic figures ever on my cakes. Hand painted the flames on the fondant then made the emblem early out of fondant and let it dry. Good note People seem to be shellacking my statues and saving them lol I might end up a collectors item lol

Mickey mouse cake

Mickey Mouse cake for my great nephew's 1st birthday. Hardest part was making the Mickey out of gum paste and fondant. Over all was happy with this one though I must admit I thought it was going to be to simple looking at first.I like things over the top and like the bling. I kept the red bow flat and simple to make it look more cartoon like Donald's bow. Ears on the hat were made from mixing fondant and gum paste together forming the round shape and letting it dry for about a week.

Easter cake

My daughter and I practiced up on our gum paste buttercups. This was just a small cake for a little family Easter dinner. I had way to much stuff made for it but darn , We were going to use it. lol. I put my stripped bow of many colors on to soon. I should have let it dry more so it would stand up more, but I just did not have time to play with cake today. I have a whole dinner to try to get ready as well. I whipped up a fast little bunny sitting by the bow out of fondant that looks a little sad but the chocolate bunny I was going to put on the cake was too big. I forgot just how small a little normal cake is. :( Hope everyone enjoys pineapple filling with cream cheese icing. mmmm- mmmm good. Also made a banana bunt cake that I hope turns out tasting great.oh well we had fun.
Happy Easter !!!!
